Build trips. Create proposals. Close deals.

The platform tailor-made travel actually runs on — itineraries, proposals, bookings, suppliers, and invoicing on one set of records.

01 · The Builder

Build the trip on a timeline.

Drag hotels, activities, transfers, and flights onto each day. Costs and margins recalculate as you build. Save any day or event to your library and drop it into the next trip — copied, so past trips never change under you.

02 · Quotations

One proposal. The client picks.

Offer nested options and variants in a single document. Price with per-category margins or one global markup, in any currency, with the exchange rate on record. Out as a branded PDF and an interactive web proposal the client confirms from.

03 · Bookings

Every supplier line, tracked to departure.

An accepted quote becomes a booking without retyping it. Each line is its own supplier engagement with its own confirmation status — and when a hotel falls through, the replacement links back to the line it replaced. Flights report their own delays.

FAQ

Questions? We've got answers.

What does Abrid replace?+
The spreadsheet you cost trips in, the Word file you turn into a proposal, the tracker you keep bookings in, and the invoice template at the end of it. Trips, quotations, bookings, suppliers, tasks, and invoicing live in one place and share the same data.
Can we use our own suppliers and contracts?+
Yes — your library is yours. Hotels, transport, activities, restaurants, venues, and freelance staff, each with their own services, seasonal rate cards, contacts, cancellation policies, and contract attachments. Margins fall back to your per-supplier-type default and can be overridden on a supplier, or on a single line of a quote.
How does a client receive a proposal?+
As a branded PDF and as an interactive web proposal. The client opens the day-by-day itinerary, picks between the options you offered, watches the total update live, and confirms. Links can be password-protected, and you can see when a proposal was opened and how far through it the reader got.
Does Abrid handle VAT on margin (TOMS)?+
Yes. B2C and B2B invoicing, proforma invoices, credit notes, and gap-free invoice numbering. Billing details freeze onto the invoice when you finalise it, so later edits never rewrite a document you already sent.
What exactly does the automation do?+
Booking events — created, confirmed, cancelled, departure approaching, return approaching, supplier payment due — trigger your own task templates and workflows, so the right work lands on the right person at the right time. Abrid creates and assigns the tasks; your team still decides what to send.
Can Abrid take payments from my clients?+
Not yet. Abrid records the payments you collect and tracks receivables, payables, cash flow, and reconciliation against your bookings — but you still collect through your own bank or payment provider. Online collection is on the roadmap, not in the product.
Which languages does Abrid work in?+
The interface is available in English, French, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. Each trip also carries its own display language, so a proposal and its PDF render in your traveller's language regardless of which language your team works in.
Where is our data held, and can we get it back?+
With professional hosting providers — we tell you the exact location on request, and some data may be processed outside Morocco under appropriate safeguards. Every record is scoped to your organisation and governed by roles and permissions. On termination you have thirty days to ask for your data back in a standard format.
