Your library. Your rates. Your margins.

Enter a supplier once and every trip you build afterwards prices from it. Seasonal rate cards, contracts, cancellation policies, and multi-currency — with margins that default per supplier type and can be overridden where you need them.

07
Supplier types in one model: hotels, transport, activities, restaurants, venues, freelance staff, and anything else you buy.
03
Levels a margin resolves through — your default for that supplier type, the supplier itself, then the individual quote line.
FX
Suppliers priced in their own currency, converted with the rate on record.
FIFO
Supplier credits held against the supplier and applied to your next payment to them.
Library

One model for everyone you buy from.

A hotel, a coach company, a guide, a rooftop venue, and a freelance photographer all live in the same library. Each carries its own services, and each service its own seasonal rate card, so the right price resolves from the trip's dates rather than from memory.

  • Services per supplier, each with its own rates and units
  • Seasonal rate cards — high, low, and shoulder, resolved by trip date
  • Contacts, attachments, and cancellation policies on the supplier record
  • Multi-currency, so you buy in the supplier's currency and sell in yours

Margins

Know the margin before you quote it.

Margins resolve rather than get retyped. You set a default for each supplier type, override it on a supplier that negotiated differently, and override it again on a single line of a quote when a deal needs it — so the number in front of you is always the one that will bill.

  • A default margin per supplier type, set once for the organisation
  • Per-supplier overrides for the ones that negotiated differently
  • Per-line overrides on a quote, without touching your library
  • Partner accounts, payment terms, and statements alongside your suppliers

Contracts

Show a client why a price changed.

Contracts sit on the supplier they belong to, as files you can open rather than a folder somebody has to find. Rate cards are dated, exchange rates are recorded on the quote, and a one-off negotiated price can go on a single trip without touching your base contract.

  • Contract and policy documents attached to the supplier record
  • Dated rate cards, so a trip prices from the rates in force for it
  • One-off negotiated rates that don't pollute your base contract
  • Exchange rates recorded per quote for a defensible price history
