One proposal.
Every option in it.
A MICE brief is never one trip — it is three versions of one trip, twenty room configurations, and a committee. Abrid puts all of it in a single document the client works through themselves.
3 levels of choice · client picks without email ping-pong.
Three tiers, twenty room configurations, one document the client chooses from.
Five things a MICE quote cannot do without.
MICE is a different sport. A brief needs three pricing tiers and twenty room configurations, a committee picks between them, and the result goes out to a dozen suppliers. Abrid models the whole shape rather than flattening it into one price.
3-level nested options
Trip Options (Luxury vs Adventure vs Budget) → Choice Groups (which hotel, which activity day) → Variants (room category, tier). The client picks across all three levels. The total recomputes live.
Per-cost quantity configuration
"We need 15 doubles, 5 singles, 2 suites" without rebuilding the trip. The same event can have its room and bed counts adjusted per booking. Selection is stored per-quote; the template stays clean.
Group participant management
Each participant carries passport details, nationality, date of birth, dietary, mobility and medical requirements, and whether a visa is needed. Room assignments roll up to the rooming list, and the supplier voucher gets the right names.
Branded interactive proposals
Clients click, choose, and confirm without a single email reply. Trip Analytics shows you who opened the proposal, how long they stayed, what they clicked. Useful for re-engagement when an RFP goes cold.
Documents from the live booking
Rooming lists, travel vouchers, and supplier vouchers built from the live booking rather than retyped — rooming follows the participant groups you assigned, and vouchers carry the confirmation codes already on the line.
